Europek Oil Separator Tank

EuroPEK oil separators are of type class I. The oil separator standard was developed and tested to meet the requirements of the EN 858 standard. It also meets the maintenance and waterproof standard EN 476. EuroPEK oil separators enable the treatment of all types of oily wastewater and rainwater.

EuroPEK oil separators are equipped with carbon filters, which form a large separator area. 1 m3 surface of the Coaliser filter corresponds to a cleaning area of ​​443 m2. With this function, separator designs can be created in smaller sizes. The water entering the separator flows through the carbon filter. Oil particles in the water adhere to the surface of the carbon filter and are separated from the water. Petroleum particles come together and rise to the water surface. This creates a homogeneous oil layer on the water surface.

Particular attention was paid to creating simple maintenance conditions for the separator design. All parts can be removed from the separator for maintenance. The plastic carbon filter and the stainless steel body can be easily removed and serviced. When the Coaliser filter is washed with pressurized water, all particles are removed. The Coaliser filter is cleaned with 100% efficiency after cleaning. The maintenance and service costs of the separator are considerably reduced by simply cleaning the Coaliser filter.
